Service Pack

When you book our mini-suites, you have the option to book with or without a service pack. There isn’t a big difference in price, but there is a significant difference in what’s included. If you book with the service pack, the following are included:

• Our lovely breakfast buffet

• Daily cleaning of your mini-suite

• Shuttle service to and from the city center in the evening

• Ski storage at Galzig/Rendlbahn

• Private booking of our Spa

• Bathrobe in the room

• Ski guiding – "The White Ring" and "Run of Fame"

• Lift pass delivery to the hotel

• Assistance with restaurant bookings

Contact us if you want to add the Service Pack afterwards. The price is €20 per person per day (and you must book it for all days of your stay). Please note that the service pack can only be booked if you are staying in one of our mini-suites (Arlberg, Galzig, Gampen, Kapall, Maiensee, St Anton, and Valluga).
